    bought some new parts, but downgraded in level from 6 to 5. many cars should be smoking this race again and i’m hoping to start building some money going into the end of the season. my guess is i will not need to buy parts the rest of the way and hope to be UP about $15m since the start of the season (after all bonuses are paid out at the reset). now it’s just a matter of biding time and finishing races.

    smoking race. REALLY STRUGGLED to decide how to approach this race. my driver is good in the rain with doubly good rain tyres (BY), but to upgrade or even level parts to make it through this race i would have been about -$8m in the hole and i would have risked relegating due to funds. or downgrade parts to get through and that would have helped monetarily, BUT put me at a disadvantage to start the season. in the long run, i opted to make the best i could of the situation, get the most money i can and then smoke out. will probably have to go with Yokos or Dunnos next season. unsure until i see what (if anything) changes on tyre characteristics.

    replaced parts where required, downgraded one other, and ran a testing session for Power. running extra softs with 30ct and hoping for a top 12 finish. may have to start lowering CT risk as i’m finishing very well in every race. while i want points, i don’t want too many and risk accidental promotion.
