new season. i’ll only have this driver for a few races. i’ll be trying to find the “right one” before his contract expires and also AFTER the mad-season of bidding at the start of the season. i did a bout of testing to get the CCP up. goal will be to get points early in the season because i may not get them late with a new driver. my current driver does NOT like rain and my Q1 time attests to that. had a great Q2 run and hoping it will prevent me from starting at the back of the pack.

i wasn’t expecting many if any points from the last race. i didn’t get to watch it either and then when i logged in and saw that i had won the race i was pleasantly surprised. this race will be tough as my car will start smoking about halfway through. i’ll need to replace the engine after this race and will make a push in the final two races for points and climbing the standings. i should be able to finish in 6th or 7th with the last two races. the bonus money will be good to have. after the season resets i’ll extend my driver.
