    decent finish in the first race. i’d like it if we had a very, very wet season. my driver seems to do well in the rain. goal is to start making money. not sure if i’ll be able to do much testing, but i NEED to this season. car character points are nearly gone. facilities have been decimated. it’s gonna be a long climb back up to where i’m happy with my GPRO situation.

    continuing to train my driver to push motivation up as quickly and as high as possible. i only get this driver for this season only. quality finishes are paramount for money’s sake. currently in 4th and 1 pt behind 3rd. i do have car character points coming at the end of this race and that will help. i need to set up another testing session, but needing to watch car parts, too.

    another round of testing to get the driver’s stamina up quicker and rebuild some CCP. not planning anything special with this driver other than trying to make some money. positions are improving this season. better output. still no driver’s mistakes this season as i’ve gone with 0 OT risk. upping it to 5 OT risk for this race. we’ll see what he does with it AND how he gets along in the rain. his talent level is not great, but it’s not bad either. will go with a lower CT risk on wet than dry. i’d like to finish somewhere between 17-22. we’ll see if that happens.

    downgraded a few parts to make it through this race. hoping for a fully dry race and running a one stopper with 30ct. would like to see a top 15 spot. will need to buy new parts before next race and we’ll see how i’m doing in the cup challenge for this level. the points and podium have surprised me this season. its possible that i’ll need to pull back on the CT a bit. my driver is still pretty low in group and i’m hoping for two more seasons before i push. still looking to pad the coffers while i’m training this driver.

    did a bout of testing. very expensive (about $69k per lap). did all TOP SPEED in preparation for race 4. won’t be able to test that much with money so tight. i’ll need quality finishes throughout the first half of this season if i’m going to retain. i’d like to get some points early.

    shocked to win the last race. bad setup, but with a messy race it was good enough. had to downgrade some parts to make it through this race. car does not match up well with this track. driver is maxed out on motivation. should get points, but i anticipate the win streak ending here. retaining isn’t an option … i’m committed to promoting. i’d love to get this driver again in Pro (i’ll lose him after race 13). not sure if that will be possible or if he’ll even be available.
