warm wet race means i need to push on this race for points. 7th or worse and i will not be able to retain. i need at least a 6th place finish. i’m pretty high on grid considering my driver has 0 motivation and i’m currently $18m in debt. goal is many won’t have updated their cars and my driver’s stamina will hold throughout the race. my fingers are crossed. if i don’t get retention points here, i’m going to relegate. i can’t afford any new parts the rest of the season (with time to get back out of debt again).

new driver for this one race. purposefully chose one with high talent. couldn’t find one with both talent and concentration (was outbid). while many are doing a planned out smoke race, my car is in good enough shape to challenge for points. it all comes down to this driver and whether he is good enough to drive this car across the finish line. avoiding trouble and keeping OT risk at 0 to help minimize chances for an accident at the start or driver mistakes during the race.

not a great first race back in AM, but not bad. this driver is raw, very little stamina and it will take a bit to get him where he might have a chance to push. as it was he used 52% driver’s energy on that last race. continuing to train in fitness. will not test for a bit … probably after the third or fourth race. hoping for a placement in the low to mid 20s.
