i have decided not to go into deep debt and will lose this driver after his next extension is done. i could drop all his motivation and get the extra extension, but honestly, as low as his talent is, i don’t think he’s a viable candidate for me in Pro. so i’ll just build as much money this season and next before i lose him and will find another driver to build up. so this season is about money, money, money. i did have to get a new engine, gear and brakes. i will also plan on a testing stint prior to the next race. i need to get some CCP in the works.

i have more Handling CCP coming after this race. would like to do a couple more testing stints before the season is done. watching money and trying to grow it. the driver’s OA is at 110, but i have plenty of motivation to drop to keep him where i can extend. might happen near the end of this season if i go the last two or three with smoking races. i’ve got plenty of points even though i’m 6th in group. hoping to finish the season around 7th or 8th. i do not want to accidentally promote.

the win in the last race was a complete shock. it helped that the guy who had won the first ten races in a row missed this race altogether or i might have landed a second place. the money/points assures i’ll retain. now to see if i can squeeze in some more points in the final two or three races. to do that i’ll need to bide my time and parts until the next race. downgraded three parts to get through this race (and one of them is iffy). will get new parts next race. i’d like a finish in the teens with this race, but more likely close to 20. we’ll see.
