OA dropped to 135 and i gave an extension. also tested for the first time – all in cornering. trained in fitness since my driver’s is WAY too low for Pro. gotta get that moving in the right direction. running 40CT on this next race. i anticipate his OA will drop down to 135 in the next couple of races which will allow me get another extension beyond this 17. that’s the goal. hoping for a top 27 spot. a lot will depend on the four that missed the first race – whether they miss this one or not. started 31st in the first race and finished 29th. i think 27 is doable. it will help when the CCP come in after race 4.

unbelievable! i’m on extra soft tyres – as fast as possible. and i’m over 10s behind on grid. i ithink the leader is using Nitro. hoping for something in the teens, but not counting on it. might have a part go late in the race. three stop strategy says its fastest and it’s easy to overtake. let’s see what happens.

my last ditch effort. needing 4 pts in this race. if i can’t get any points i’ll be looking for a new driver for AM. this group was very tough. frustrating, but just means i need to work harder at solving the GPRO puzzle. pushing hard on both wet and dry. my car is set for this race and i’m using a 38% rain setup. why 38%? as good as many other numbers. 🙂

the last race was a surprise. finished 20th. i trained for motivation this race while having to downgrade a couple of parts to make it through this race. money is tight and we’re coming up on half way through the season. i need better finishes to have a chance at retention either by points or by money. i’ve gotta see some improvement soon. hoping to squeeze into the teens at the finish of this race. i’m running with a 90% dry setup on Dunno Softs with a two stop strategy. will change to wets on 0/0 with weather. 35ct dry and 25ct wet.
