could be a long season ahead of me. the driver is good, but you still need money to compete. my total Q time (with only 7 Qualifying so far) is 5.464s behind the leader. i don’t need to be the leader, but i need to do well enough to scrape together some money and get points to retain. i have two favorite tracks this season. the first is in race 6 and then the last race of the season. this season is going to be a challenge!

did another bout of testing and training. then i TOTALLY botched my Q1 (no practice laps). humorously someone in my same group did worse than me (only two in all of AM did worse and this guy happens to be in MY group). maybe it will lower my motivation some.  i can hope.
