i TOTALLY botched this setup. used a wrong track, no practice laps (which would have let me know i was way off). i’ll be starting at the very back of the group. i DID NOTICE enough before the racetime to change my race setup. but i’ll be hardpressed to gain a lot of spots. where i would have really liked a 12th place or better, i’ll be happy if i can climb to low-20s. ugh. i hate rookie mistakes.

trained in fitness. contemplating a path to allow one more full season in AM with the same driver. in theory after this contact expires, if i can drop moti to almost 0, i can extend again and then drive moti up quickly and run tons of good races with a path to Pro in s90 rather than s89. something to watch and consider as i finish off this season. i have to make sure i don’t endanger my sponsors at the same time. the risk/reward will be something to seriously consider. meanwhile, another race at CT20. i will not switch tyres if the weather turns. i’ll ride it out on the wrong tyres and see where i finish.

why am i always so much slower in my group than my level? always. will run on some wobblers at the end of the first two stints and hoping to still finish in the top 12. trained in PR again and hoping to start landing sponsors quicker. i need extra money. this was supposed to be the season for gathering money, but its not working out that way. top 10 finishes from here to the end of the season would be nice. i’m still running (and have been all season) low CT. steady at 20.

downgraded wings and brakes, upgraded chassis and got new suspension. parts will be nearly worn at the end of the race, but still hoping for a full race without a technical. will go with a fully dry setup on soft tyres. hoping for some breaks. haven’t had much luck the last two races. would love for a fully dry race, but not holding my breath or anyone else’s breath either. trained in fitness.

my driver isn’t very good in the rain, but still hopeful for some pleasant surprises. low % of rain at the start and it may dry quickly. i hope MANY start on dry tyres and the rain holds all race long. that would be great! not expecting much here. top 22 spot would be tolerable.
