driver has hit his AM OA max. i need to squeeze five more races out of him without him going above the 110 mark. no training. whatever i get in motivation i’ll drop with a poor race at some point. if i can get through the next five without him going over then i’ll get another 17 race extension and effectively have him for 34 more races. while i do not anticipate promoting with him, it would be nice to start padding the bank account with him before the next driver. running low-ish CT (20). one part may go near the end – Gear should finish around 101%.

did a round of testing and had to downgrade my engine to make it through this race. upped the CT to compensate for leaving too much engine at the end of the race. testing is EXPENSIVE this season. while i need to do a lot of it, i will be better off limiting testing this season and pushing hard on it next season. so i need to focus on getting money. still working hard at improving the driver AND keeping his OA at 100 or lower for another 7 races.

i’d like a finish between 11th and 16th. points would be better. i’m not sure if i’ll get points this season, but based on other driver’s lack of enthusiasm in this season it shouldn’t be a problem to retain. points are always the goal, but i’ve been spending all my time and energy building up this driver. right now i’m watching the CCP slide and that’s bothersome, but i don’t have the money to do anything about it right now. that’ll have to be something i address at the start of next season.
