i need money, but i also need my driver’s motivation to drop so i can extend him. such a quandry. running lower CT this time with hopes my driver’s OA will go down. probably not enough in this race to drop to 135, but between this race and next. then pushing sports pyschologist along with the extension. reduction first then increase quickly.

i’ll finish in the positive. i’d love to have a quality last race (15th place or better), but i’m running on lower level parts, sliding car character points, and parts that could go near the end of the race. engine should finish at 99% and gear at 102%. so i plan on giving 30 CT and seeing how far my car can go. i could lower the CT to 10% and then the gears would finish around 100%. but i’m not going to worry about it. let’s see what happens.

downgraded a couple of parts (will hopefully finish the season with an all level 6 car with electronics being a 7). seriously crunched for money. will need a new driver before next race or DEFINITELY race 12 (driver’s contract expires after the next race). did testing all in handling to push towards a good race in Bremgarten (race 13) where Handling is paramount. will try to find a driver who has that track as a favorite. too late to look at the driver market today, but will start the search as soon as the staff decisions are finalized today. will look again tomorrow after the race is concluded. the end of this season is ALL about money conservation. if i can’t retain financially, i’ll try to be as close to zero as possible. i may find myself looking for another driver if relegation is almost a certainty. next few races will determine the direction for next season. entertainingly suspenseful!
