    first race in masters was an ‘ok’ experience. finished 15th. i’m not sure how much better i can do without upgrades to the car. improved stamina will help. used 60CT on the last race and driver’s energy dropped to 9%. so now i’m pulling back to 40CT and seeing what that will do. it’s a rain race and my driver is supposed to be good in the rain. but i’ve never had a rain race at Masters. lots of firsts.

    Team tool needed tweaking. -7 on brakes and +30 on suspension. gearbox will be at 0 for the race. Driver Energy used was 3% for Q1 and Q2 for a total of 6%.

    downgraded engine and bought new sidepods. car will most likely smoke, but not until near the very end. using 25 CT which will be about all my driver can do by race time. if i think he can do a bit more (if his energy goes up more than anticipated), i’ll bump it to 30 or 35 just before Qualifying closes. goal is to be in points this race. car will definitely smoke out next race, but hopeful for a full race and get full money next race. it would be a pleasant surprise.

    i think this race could be messy and i really don’t want to have to worry about odd fuel changes, so i opted for hard tyres and hope the race is completely dry. i need a top 4 finish to put pressure on the 3rd place manager. that, of course, only helps if he doesn’t finish higher than me. 🙂

    needed a new engine. opted for a lvl 6. more CCP added (to handling with more to power after next race). finished 2nd last race. pushing CT up to 40 and hoping for another podium. goal is to podium every race the rest of the season. we’ll see if money holds out in order to push. will probably need to use SPA after this race.

    had to get a LOT of new parts. money has seriously dropped. not concerned yet. hoping to have a very good race and solid money. i’ll need it to stay in contention. thinking seriously about making a push for promotion this season since my driver seems to be doing very well (or at least much better than i originally thought would happen). no testing this time, but have CCP coming in after the next two races – first for handling and then for top speed. i still plan on another 3 testing sessions before the season ends.

    tested again. car will smoke at the end of this race. not anticipating much here. but will go back to pushing next race with newer parts.

    Team Tool was spot on though wet fuel setup is not functional (on the NEWer version). Qs used 9% of my driver energy.

    training in fitness to start pushing stamina. did testing for cornering with the last stint (short) at Top Speed with hopes for a motivation boost if i get fastest test lap. the previous podium finish didn’t boost my motivation as much as i wanted, though it did some. a fastest lap in this race could help. will start out on dry tyres, but lowering the CT risk with the rain. when the rain is gone i’ll be pushing 40 CT with hopes for another point finish.

    pushed a lot on both Q-runs. used 6% for both Q1 and Q2 (12% overall driver energy used in qualifying). team tool was spot on.

    trained in Spa just to get some driver energy back. lost a podium last time because i didn’t have enough energy to finish the race. did go up in motivation and that is part of the plan. will test before the next race.

    extended driver and now have them under contract for 34 races. time to start pushing for position, points, and motivation. trained in Yoga to boost concentration and slight bump in motivation. will push CT pretty hard this race (60 CT). hard tyres, two stops. also tested in top speed. just received my first testing final points. added 6 to acceleration. the rest of this season will be prep for next season. goal is to finish in the top ten this season.

    TEAM TOOL WAS SPOT ON AND DRIVER USED 4% ENERGY DURING QUALIFYING.
