    another round of testing. this time for acceleration (by mistake – wanted more handling). also continued training for fitness to increase stamina and lower weight. what’s nearly unfathomable for me is how far behind first-on-grid i am. i’m on extra soft tyres with a light load. using the same tyres (we’re all on Pips) i’m over 8s combined between Q1 and Q2 behind first place. that’s a LOT of time!!

    pushing my CT up to 30. hoping for a 15-20 finish. low on the grid at the start of the race because i’m on a harder tyre compound than most (i hope that’s the case). going with a two stop strategy (per the tool). still building funds and hoping for another testing session after this race.

    ran out of money and couldn’t test. will get more CCP after the next two races. pushing everything into Handling for one of the upcoming races. car is racing better. ongoing training has got my driver’s weight down a bit and the stamina is climbing. both are good things. i’m hoping to start making some money in the second half of the season.

    another round of testing to get the driver’s stamina up quicker and rebuild some CCP. not planning anything special with this driver other than trying to make some money. positions are improving this season. better output. still no driver’s mistakes this season as i’ve gone with 0 OT risk. upping it to 5 OT risk for this race. we’ll see what he does with it AND how he gets along in the rain. his talent level is not great, but it’s not bad either. will go with a lower CT risk on wet than dry. i’d like to finish somewhere between 17-22. we’ll see if that happens.

    did a round of testing. was very surprised at the result from last race. this race, on the surface, looks to be the same strategy – so that’s what i’m doing. 1 stopper, 25 CT, 25 Defend, boost at the front and hope for a finish 25th or better. i did another training in fitness and extended my driver’s contract.

    not a great first race back in AM, but not bad. this driver is raw, very little stamina and it will take a bit to get him where he might have a chance to push. as it was he used 52% driver’s energy on that last race. continuing to train in fitness. will not test for a bit … probably after the third or fourth race. hoping for a placement in the low to mid 20s.

    relegated. money is still low, but all new parts! will hold off on testing for the first few races. running relatively low CT to help my driver retain energy from race to race while i start training. had 0 stamina at the start of the season, we’ll see where he finishes. at least 30 by season’s end. will be watching OA also as i’d like to keep him long enough to start rebuilding finances. this season is the start of that – finances. most likely will be in AM for 4-5 seasons before pushing back up. no rush. at least it will be nice to watch the races knowing it’s not a complete give up from the green light.

    7 of 11 parts are 100%. car will not finish. not sure if i’ll be able to get back to positive money before the season is over. goal is to be as close as possible before relegation. preferring not to reduce car parts.

    i expect a position in the late-teens. my car really isn’t suited for this track, but i’m doing my best. money is short, but there is still so much left of the season. will fight until i can’t and then start a search for an AM driver if needed. i was hoping to do well enough for money to extend this driver’s contract. things are too iffy right now and even if i can get his OA down, i may not have the money to do an extension AND compete.

    i need money, but i also need my driver’s motivation to drop so i can extend him. such a quandry. running lower CT this time with hopes my driver’s OA will go down. probably not enough in this race to drop to 135, but between this race and next. then pushing sports pyschologist along with the extension. reduction first then increase quickly.
