tried to find a happy middle ground for the rain/dry setup. i don’t think it will rain the whole race, but just how much is unknown. i’m planning on about 55% dry though i may alter that before the race. i’m hoping my driver will actually have a good start and finish. the first race i started 35th and moved up to 19th. last race i started 18th and finished in the same. i’ve been pushing motivation since i signed this driver. i’ll continue to do so and let the stamina build from testing (didn’t this race, but will next).

ugh … i should have pushed a lot instead of to the limit. driver mistake cost me time in Q1. hey, but i’m smart and thought, well, she can’t do it twice and i can make up for in the Q2 so pushed to the limit again. nope. another bad Q. so i’ll start way back in the pack. but i’m running a one stopper and hoping for the rain to come early enough so i only pit one time for the weather. expecting the rain about half way through and anticipate it will last the rest of the race. new driver and i did some testing. she has NO stamina and i’ll need to work on that, but i’ve been pushing motivation since i got her and am hoping it pays off by some quality finishes. goal this race, i guess should be top 12. yeah, that would be nice. i DID post the testing info in the FB group page.

driver and car are both ramping up for the season’s end. i do NOT want to compete to promote. i’ll need to find a spot to back off and still finish in the top 10 for money. driver is max on motivation at the moment and i’ll most likely need to keep him through the end of his contract to get retention points EARLY next season and then start preparing a new driver. most of my parts are at level 6 where i will be able to downgrade as needed.

pushing motivation and spa the rest of the contract to keep reasonable money flowing in. i’d like to finish in the top 10 for bonus money. i’ll have to start looking for a new driver near the end of this season. my driver’s contract expires after the first two races of s76. planning on hard, two stopper, and starting on dry tyres. not sure how long it will rain, but predicting a very short rain and then dry the rest of the way.

downgraded parts to make it through this race. it will still be close. just got three sponsors after the last race. the money will come in handy. trained in Spa to get Driver Energy back up. just looking to have quality finishes (top 10) the rest of the season. looking to boost money. would like to get another test session in before the end of the race, but not sure it will happen. i have Acceleration points coming after this next race. hoping for at least 5+.
