Likely a finish around 22nd-25th. lowered some parts and some may still go before the race is over. using a two stop strategy which is about 4s slower than the tool indicates, but hoping the pits will be better to make up for the lost time of the harder tyre compound. still training up the driver with stamina and watching money. i know Indy is looming in a few races and i’ll likely take a bow out of that race and not bother updating parts … let them run worn. but would like to make a push in the end of the season for more points. i got two points in race one and it will likely be the season’s end before i can add to them. meanwhile i’m watching money and training my driver.

would like a finish in the top 15. to me that would show true progress of my driver. i have continued to work towards building stamina. started the season at 0 and is now at 21. running low risks with 25CT and 30def. two stop strategy says its fastest so i’m boosting twice early in the race to try and get in front of the batch.

i desperately need a quality finish. based on my placement in the group i’m anticipating a mid-20s finish. i’m in danger of losing one of my sponsors. i need a finish in the mid-teens. i’m a bit frustrated with how this season is going. i think the group is faster than most and that may be part of my problem – that and a new driver who needs training and a car that needs testing – all with very little money. i’m struggling to find the balance for this season of doing both. i don’t want to demote.

after last race i was hoping for my driver to start getting higher on the grid, doing better overall, finishes in the teens. now i’m wondering. this race isn’t particularly great for my car setup, but i’m hoping even being low on grid that my strategy will allow me to climb into the teens for a finish. i’m hoping my driver’s energy will allow him to finish the race with some remaining. i’m hoping my sponsors don’t get angry and drop me (the threats are there). i’m hoping this season starts to make a turn for the better and i’m not spinning my proverbial wheels. i’m doing a whole lot of hoping.

i’m in danger of losing one of my sponsors. i’m still trying to squeeze dollars while training my drivers. i desperately need to do more testing and bump up my commercial. i can’t afford to do it, but i also can’t afford NOT to do it. the catch-22 dilemma … which way do i turn. i’ll likely boost my commercial after this race and hope money holds out.
