rain race and i THINK my driver is decent in rain. haven’t had a chance to find out yet. with that hope i’d like to land a finish in points or even a point. what would really be nice is to have a race without any randoms. i’ve had one in each of the last two races and i’m not even trying to push. moderate clear track, moderate OT and DT. but still they come. randoms are random, but i’ve had my fill. money is SUPER tight. still did another round of testing (shorted on the first stint). i know my car will be smoking next race, so i’ll update parts before race 11. i also extended my driver for another 17 races … hopefully the boost in motivation will help this race.

Likely a finish around 22nd-25th. lowered some parts and some may still go before the race is over. using a two stop strategy which is about 4s slower than the tool indicates, but hoping the pits will be better to make up for the lost time of the harder tyre compound. still training up the driver with stamina and watching money. i know Indy is looming in a few races and i’ll likely take a bow out of that race and not bother updating parts … let them run worn. but would like to make a push in the end of the season for more points. i got two points in race one and it will likely be the season’s end before i can add to them. meanwhile i’m watching money and training my driver.

would like a finish in the top 15. to me that would show true progress of my driver. i have continued to work towards building stamina. started the season at 0 and is now at 21. running low risks with 25CT and 30def. two stop strategy says its fastest so i’m boosting twice early in the race to try and get in front of the batch.

not expecting much this race. had to get a round of testing in. even if i end up dropping back to AM, i need to keep my CCP up and they have almost disappeared. still hoping to hang on and snag some points in the last two or three races of the season. we’ll see. mapping out money i should be able to have some, but we’ll see.
